APA stands for, Advance Provisioning Allowance. As there are additional costs through your stay on the Onyx such as fuel charges and harbor fees, we ask for …€ APA. The skipper will take care of all these payments to provide you a seamless stay. At the end of your stay the skipper will return the amount of that is left over along with the receipts.

You can secure your booking with a deposit payment. Once we have verified your requested dates for charter, you will receive a charter agreement. A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required upon signing the charter agreement which will secure your booking. The remaining 50% along with the APA, and any VAT taxes is due one month prior to your stay.

Should you wish to cancel your charter reservation our cancelation policy will apply. The amount charged depends on when you cancel your booking. If you cancel once you only paid the deposit, we will only charge the deposit. If the entire charter fee was due, we are entitled to retain the full amount, however we will return the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA).

Yes, of course. Feel free to let our team know what you would like to do during your charter. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. The itinerary will slightly depend on the wind and weather conditions and the distances the destinations are from each other.

Ideally the Onyx can accommodate 6 guests as she has 3 guest rooms. 2 cabins are in the stern, both comfortable for 2 people with each their own bathroom, and a luxury master bedroom is in the bow with an en suite bathroom. However, there is room for another 2 guests as the dining table in the saloon is convertible into an additional bed for 2 guests. The skipper (and hostess) will reside in the skipper cabin located in the bow of the yacht which has an external entrance.

It is recommended to charter for a full week, but it is not obligatory. You can choose to charter the yacht for more or less than one week.

Smoking is allowed on the deck and outside, however it is strictly prohibited to smoke inside.

Yes, depending on the availability you can choose what day of the week you would like to charter experience to start. However, it is customary to start the charter on a Saturday.

Yes, it is possible to embark and/or disembark at any location other than the yacht's home port. Please note that delivery/return expenses will be charged. Please contact us in order to plan your stay.

We will send you a list of foods and beverages you would like us to stock the fridge with prior to your arrival aboard.

No, The Onyx is only available to charter with skipper and optionally a hostess.

Charter rates include VAT and cover all necessary equipment for sailing and the yacht's amenities (towels, linen). Rates do not include skipper, fuel charges, harbor fees, local taxes, marina fees and all food and beverages. If you wish to embark and/or disembark at any location other than the yacht's home port, delivery/return expenses will be charged as well.
